Who may purchase?

Purchasing is limited to approved research accounts. Applicants must be at least 21 and provide organization and intended-research information. Registration does not guarantee approval.

Are materials offered for personal use?

No. Catalog materials are not offered for human or veterinary use, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, or household use.

When can approved accounts order?

Current list prices are shown in the Shop. Ordering becomes available only after account approval and completion of the required product documentation and payment setup.

How are documents matched?

Use the exact product and batch identifiers. A record for another product, strength, or batch is not a substitute.

Does an account stay approved permanently?

No. Eligibility can be reviewed, limited, or withdrawn, and current terms may require renewed acceptance.

How do I ask about an order or account?

Use the contact page and include the relevant account email or order number. Do not send sensitive research or payment information through the general inquiry form.
