These Terms govern use of manyaminos.com and permitted transactions with Many Aminos LLC. By using the site, applying for an account, or placing an order, you accept the current Terms and incorporated policies.
Research-Use Restriction
Catalog materials are offered only for qualified laboratory, academic, or institutional research. They are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, compounding, therapeutic administration, household use, or personal experimentation. Products may not be resold or supplied for human or veterinary use.
Age, Accounts, and Approval
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Information supplied during registration and review must be complete and accurate. New accounts are unapproved by default. Registration does not guarantee approval, and purchasing access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn.
Orders
Website display does not guarantee inventory, eligibility, price, document availability, or fulfillment. An order is accepted only when Many Aminos confirms acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected prohibited use, diversion, inaccurate information, payment risk, inventory issues, or legal restrictions.
Product and Document Information
Product names and quantities identify catalog materials. Product- or batch-specific statements require a matching verified record. A document for another material, quantity, or batch is not a substitute. Website content is not medical, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.
Customer Responsibilities
Approved customers are responsible for lawful acquisition, qualified personnel, appropriate facilities and controls, safe handling and storage, accurate records, and preventing diversion or prohibited use.
Prices, Taxes, Shipping, and Refunds
Prices and applicable charges are shown before order submission. Orders are also governed by the current Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy.
Website Conduct
False account information, circumvention of account or purchasing controls, unauthorized automated access, interference, unauthorized security testing, and use of the site to facilitate prohibited activity are not permitted.
Intellectual Property
The Many Aminos name, logo, site design, and original content may not be used in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Third-party rights remain with their owners.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Many Aminos is not responsible for prohibited, unauthorized, unlawful, or improper use. The site may be corrected, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful subject-matter and personal jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
Changes and Contact
