Privacy Policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

This policy explains how Many Aminos LLC (“Many Aminos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through manyaminos.com, research-account review, customer support, and permitted order activity.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and identity information, including name, email address, telephone number when provided, billing and shipping addresses, and account credentials
  • Organization, role, research field, country or region, account-review status, and registration attestations. We may also retain descriptions of intended research use submitted during an earlier signup or through a separate application.
  • Order, product, batch, shipping, transaction, refund, and checkout-attestation records
  • Messages and supporting material submitted through email or contact forms
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies, security events, and site activity

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure the site, review and verify account applications, prevent prohibited use or diversion, process and fulfill permitted orders, provide support, maintain records, investigate disputes, improve performance, and comply with applicable law.

Service Providers

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce operations, security, communications, analytics, payment processing, shipping, fulfillment, and professional services. Payment-card data is handled by the enabled payment provider; do not send card information through email or the contact form.

Cookies and Do Not Track

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for sessions, account access, checkout, preferences, security, fraud prevention, and performance. Browser settings may limit cookies, but required account or commerce functions may then fail. Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the site does not currently respond to them as a separate control.

Retention

Research-application information and its registration attestation are stored with the WordPress user account. Checkout attestations are stored with the corresponding WooCommerce order. Inactive accounts with no orders are generally retained for 24 months. Pending and failed unpaid orders are generally retained for 30 days, and cancelled orders for 90 days. Completed and refunded order records, together with related payment-processor transaction identifiers, are generally retained for seven years for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. When retention expires, WooCommerce may delete an inactive account or anonymize personal information in an order while preserving information we are permitted or required to keep.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@manyaminos.com. We may verify the requester and may deny or limit a request where retention is permitted or required. We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 45 days.

Children

This website and its products are not directed to children or minors. Research-account applicants and customers must be at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

Changes

We will post material changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Privacy questions may be sent to support@manyaminos.com.
