Shipping & Delivery

Many Aminos ships accepted orders within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally, to United States territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, or international reshippers.

Processing

Accepted orders are ordinarily prepared for carrier pickup within two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Account review, payment review, address verification, inventory issues, or document verification may delay acceptance or fulfillment.

Methods and Charges

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout before an order is submitted. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address associated with the order after the carrier label is created. Carrier pickup or the first tracking scan may occur later.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and eligible delivery address. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delays, Damage, and Non-Delivery

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Incorrect-item and transit-damage claims must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. If tracking does not show delivery, contact us within 21 days after the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows delivered but the package was not received, contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time. Temperature and Handling

No cold-chain or temperature-controlled service should be assumed unless it is expressly stated for the specific order. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages and following the product-specific storage information supplied with the material.
